I've condemned the ECU as the voltage for the signal output to the coil packs on cylinder 2 and 3 were .02 and .06 at idle and didn't increase during acceleration, while the other cylinders that worked were .14-18 volts and increased when accelerating. This was done by back probing the wires at the ECU and back probing the ground on the coil connectors. The more I researched the more I found this ECU has a common issue with it...even has Ebay repair companies fixing them.
